Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days; international orders may take longer due to customs. Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹1049. Express shipping is available for prepaid orders at an additional cost. We use compostable, biodegradable packaging to reduce our environmental footprint. Cancellations: Cancel within 12 hours of order placement by contacting customercare@chelseaseamless.com for a full refund. Post-dispatch cancellations are not allowed, but returns/exchanges are possible. Returns/Exchanges: Request within 10 days of delivery via email or the order page. Eligible items (sports bras, leggings, shorts, crop tops, t-shirts, tank tops, camisoles) must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Non-returnable items include panties, thongs, swimwear, shapewear, bodysuits, sale items, and gift cards. First exchanges are free; subsequent ones incur a ₹150 shipping fee. Report damages or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
